Are you still undecided about what to do after leaving school, college or university? Maybe you are already in full time employment but now seeking a career change which offers clear progression, unique experiences and an opportunity to train and compete at the highest level?

Then why not consider a career in the Royal Navy and Royal Marines? As boxers, you have the required characteristic traits to become a valued Sailor or Royal Marine.

The Royal Navy Boxing Team are the current UK Armed Forces Elite Champions. They have one boxer currently on full time GB in Marine George Crotty, bidding for a place at the Tokyo 2020 Olympics.

Tehy also have four boxers who are ranked in the top 10 in Great Britain and seven boxers were ranked in the top 10 in England last season alone. They offer a fulltime boxing programme training for our Sailors and Royal Marines once at trained strength that train three times a day with highly qualified coaching staff, access to strength and conditioning coaches and sports psychologists to unlock your full potential as an athlete, as well as moulding you into a better serviceman or woman.

Female boxing is on the rise within the Armed Forces and is evidenced by what a full-time boxing programme can do for you in the recent success by the Army’s boxing team on the GB Boxing programme. Part of the Associations vision is to increase the number of female participants representing the Senior Service at national level.

Take a look at their video below to get a glimpse of what they are all about. If you feel you may have what it takes, get in touch via the contact details below to discuss unique opportunities for a ‘look at service life’ and a 3/5 day residential visit to join the team for training.
