We want all those involved in boxing to look after their mental health and well-being—and that of those around them.

Even though 1 in 4 people have mental health problems, most of us don’t get the help we need. When you’re experiencing a mental health problem, supportive and reliable information can change your life. Below are links that signpost members to resources for different aspects of mental health and wellbeing and give some practical tips on staying in a good frame of mind.

Mind offers help and support to those who need it most. There are more than 100 local Minds across England and Wales, offering specialised support and care based on the needs of their communities.

Young Minds provides young people with the tools to look after their mental health. They empower adults to be the best support they can be to the young people in their lives and they give young people the space and confidence to get their voices heard and change the world we live in.
