Promote your online activity through England Boxing
November 6, 2020 | by Matt Halfpenny
Is your club running online activity sessions or drills during the second national lockdown you’d like to promote? If so, England Boxing would like to hear from you.
Just like in the first lockdown, we are encouraging the sharing of activities and resources in order to help others stay active and safe during these challenging times.
If you can help, please email brief details and a link of your activity to matt.halfpenny@englandboxing.org
They will then be posted on our Stay Active website page, alongside those of other clubs.
Please note, this must be related to an amateur boxing club and be a free offering. No private companies or paid-for activities will be featured.
By using these activities and resources, boxers are doing this at their own risk and must ensure they have adequate and non-slip floor space in which to participate. They must also have no health concerns.
Also listed on the Stay Active page are articles around mental health, safeguarding guidance and resources for coach learning, while you can also access England Boxing’s Mental Health website page.
Detailed towards the end of the page are some of the ways boxing clubs are helping the battle against the Coronavirus in their respective communities. Again, please send an email to the address below if you feel your club’s story is worth telling.
Finally, we have included links to our Financial Assistance for Clubs.
Please Stay Home and Stay Safe.
