National Volunteers Week 2023 – Recognising our volunteers

England Boxing is recognising the contribution that volunteers make this Volunteers’ Week 2023.
Volunteers’ Week 2023 runs from Thursday 1st June until Wednesday 7th June, and is a time to say thank you, celebrate and inspire.
We aim to highlight that our diversity is our strength, show that there’s more than one way to volunteer and encourage people to be the change that we want to see.
Volunteers are always active at the heart of every UK community and none more so than the England Boxing Community.
Taking the time during Volunteers’ Week 2023 to celebrate and recognise their efforts, and all they contribute to our local communities, events, boxing clubs and beyond, has never been more important.
The vital work by volunteers, ranging from officiating to housekeeping to coaching and all the jobs in between, has been highlighted in England Boxing’s Volunteer Recruitment Programme, which aims to connect willing volunteers with England Boxing-affiliated clubs.
England Boxing would like to join in this week by thanking our all volunteers.
Without them, our beloved sport wouldn’t be as fantastic as it is.
