Celebrating 25 Years of the National Lottery

England Boxing is delighted to be backing the 25 Years of the National Lottery celebration.
The first National Lottery draw in the UK took place on 19th November 1994 – and has been supporting good causes – and the country’s sporting ambitions, ever since.
As explained in our open letter below, boxing is just one of a huge number of sports and organisations to have benefited from National Lottery funding.
It has helped to grow our sport considerably, help build better facilities and contributed to success at European and World level.
