England V Wales Duel – October 6 Results

On Saturday October 6, the England V Wales Duel took place at the Premier Suite in Cannock. The contest consisted of 15 closely contested bouts between the 2 home nations, Wales edging the overall scores, 8 wins to England’s 7.

Amanda Coulson, Development Coach commented  ” All the boxers involved in the tournament gave their all and can be very proud of their performances”.

This has been our fourth duel against Wales this year which has resulted in 55 international bouts between both nations ad a fantastic opportunity for all the boxers involved to gain international experience.

The results of the duels so far this year are as follows;

  • March 2 – Portsmouth England 8 v Wales 5
  • August 23 – Cardiff England 9 v Wales 6
  • August 24 – Cardiff England 8 v Wales 4
  • October 6 –  Cannock England 7 v Wales 8
