Job vacancies: Compliance and Safeguarding Manager and Club Support Officer (North)

England Boxing is seeking a Compliance and Safeguarding Manager and a Club Support Officer for the North to join its team.
Both roles are permanent, full time positions.
The Compliance and Safeguarding Manager will be expected to execute and manage the compliance, regulatory and disciplinary function of the organisation, including safeguarding and anti-doping, in order to ensure the sport operates in as safe as manner as possible and in accordance with the regulations.
The person will ensure the policies, regulations, rules and practices are fully implemented and adhered to. Where they are breached, and thus the safety, integrity and delivery of the sport are compromised, they will ensure appropriate actions are taken in line with the disciplinary procedures.

The Club Support Officer will cover the North, which includes the Tyne, Tees and Wear region as well as Cumbria and the Isle of Man.
The purpose of the role is to provide development support for boxing clubs and, in doing so, provide the transition to sustainable regular participation in clubs to all members of the community.
This will be done in a number of ways, including helping clubs to access funding and overcome any issues, liaising with relevant stakeholders, publicising clubs’ successes and promoting best practice.
