Junior Euros 2023: Five in action on Day One

Five Team England boxers will be in action on day one of the EUBC Junior European Championships 2023, which is set to get underway tomorrow (21^st July) in Romania.

From the squad, two female and three male boxers will be in action at the Olimpia Venue in the Romanian city of Ploiesti.

Morning session

Bout 2: Female, Under 46kg – Sahande Zengin (Turkey) v Ruby Cuthbertson.

Bout 7: Female, Under 48kg – Ruby White v Maria Georgopoulou (Greece).

Bout 13: Male, Under 70kg – Muhammet Macit (Turkey) v John Joe Carrigan.

Afternoon session

Bout 10: Male, Under 52kg – Aren Kharatyan (Armenia) v Noah Barney-Smith.

Bout 20: Male, Under 57kg – Tobias Zelenak (Slovakia) v Adam Maca.
