North West appoint Brennan as new Regional Secretary

The North West Region has appointed Jimmy Brennan as its new Regional Secretary.
The Carlisle Villa ABC Head Coach will take over the reins from the long-serving Henry Herbert.
He will team up with Ann Jay, who was appointed as the region’s new Medical Registrar last month.
Brennan Started boxing as an eight-year-old and boxed competitively from the age of 11, competing in more than 50 bouts prior to joining the Army at 17.
He then contested in excess of 25 further bouts in representing the Army at Elite level.
Brennan, also a Grade A England Boxing R&J has taken on the role as he is ‘would like to put something back into the sport’.
He added: “With the help of the Executive Committee, I hope to improve the running of North West Region, so the boxers are given the best opportunities to enable them to reach their potential.”
