Norwich City duo dive into triathlon challenge

The Norwich City ABC coaching duo of Jamie Riley and Kerry Norfolk swapped pads for wetsuits to complete the Whittlingham Triathlon to raise money for the gym.

After training hard, the pair headed out for a 7am start to compete the gruelling 750m open water swim, 18km bike ride and 5km run.

They described the triathlon challenge as ‘mentally tough’ but were able to raise £1157.68 to support gym renovations.
