Vacancies: Non-executive boxing directors (including medical lead)

England Boxing is seeking to recruit two non-executive boxing directors, one of whom should specifically have a medical background to be the organisation’s medical lead.
They should have a suitable understanding of the boxing environment and skills experience in order to provide judgement and boxing knowledge on issues of England Boxing’s strategy, performance, resources and standard of conduct, which further the aims and objectives set in England Boxing’s Memorandum and Articles of Association.
The roles operate at the most senior level of the organisation, shaping strategic aims and hence the whole of the operations of England Boxing, meaning they will play a full role in ensuring the delivery of a new four-year strategy which is currently in the final stages of production.
The successful applicants will be appointed for an initial period of four years with the opportunity for that to be extended by mutual agreement for a further term of four years.
