Wellbeing Wednesdays week 20 – fill your jar with joy

With a roadmap in place for coming out of lockdown, and life potentially having some form of normality, it is time to start looking forward and plan in some activities which bring you joy.

What is Joy

Joy is an emotion of great delight or happiness which is caused by something exceptionally good or satisfying.

We all know the last year has had its challenges. However, if we really stop and think, can you find an activity or a moment that has given you real joy?

For me I have found joy in my family, the extra time I have had to spend with them has been a gift. Joy is not always there it comes in sips and not gulps.

Fill you looking forward jar

Use this jar or create your own jar and fil it with things and activities which you are looking forward to when life returns to some sort of normality.

Remember: Be safe, be kind and spread the joy.
